Documents required:
- 1 recent, compliant passport photo ISO/IEC 19794-5/2005 (do not cut out)
- 1 full copy of a birth certificate less than three months old or a valid identity card (original)
- 1 proof of address less than three months old (original)
- 86 euros of tax stamps (electronic tax stamps)
Documents required for minors:
The minor's presence is essential and they must be accompanied by one of their parents;
The same documents as those required for adults must be provided, plus:
- Family record book (original)
- Divorce decree (if applicable)
- Parents' identity cards
- Court ordering guardianship (if applicable)
- Revenue stamps: - Minor aged 0 to 14 = €17
- Minor aged 15 to 18 = €42
