IDENTITY CARD

To obtain or renew an identity card, you must go to the town hall in Luri or Bastia.

You can, however, pick up the completed application form at the town hall in Centuri or submit a pre-application online by clicking the button below.

Documents required:

- 2 recent passport photos compliant with ISO:IEC 19794-5:2005 standards (do not cut out)

- 1 full copy of your birth certificate, less than three months old

- 1 proof of address, less than three months old (original)

-     Previous identity card in case of renewal

-   ... Documents required for a minor:

The minor's presence is essential and they must be accompanied by one of their parents.

The same documents as those required for an adult must be provided, plus:

- Family record book (original)

- Divorce decree (if applicable)

- Parents' identity cards

- Court ordering guardianship (if applicable)

- €25 tax stamp in the event of renewal due to loss + the declaration of loss
